Christmas packaging design for food businesses

Christmas themed packaging for takeaways, cafes and bakeries: festive boxes, bags and cups printed with your logo. We design the artwork with you, you approve a sample, and we produce and deliver across the UK.

Christmas themed packaging ideas

You do not have to redesign everything. These are the ways food businesses usually make packaging feel festive.
  • Festive artwork on your usual packaging

Keep your logo and add a Christmas pattern, colours or a seasonal message to bags, cups and boxes. Customers still recognise your brand, with a festive feel.

  • Christmas themed stickers

A seasonal sticker on a plain or branded box or bag is the quickest and most flexible way to make packaging feel Christmassy without reprinting your range.

  • Gift-ready Christmas boxes

Dessert and bakery boxes with lids and windows suit gifting. Add festive printing, a sticker or a ribbon to finish them.

  • Seal stickers for delivery

A printed Christmas sticker across the folded top of a bag shows the order has not been opened and adds a festive touch.

  • Matching sets

Bags, cups, boxes and napkins that share the same festive design look more considered and make customers more likely to share a photo.

  • One-off or seasonal runs

Christmas packaging only needs to last a few weeks, so many businesses choose a seasonal design alongside their year-round packaging.

Our process

How Christmas packaging design works

  • 01

    Tell us what you sell

Boxes, bags, cups or all three, and roughly what quantities you use in December.

  • 02

Send your logo, or we create one

We design the Christmas artwork with you at no extra cost, even if you do not have a logo yet.

  • 03

    Approve a printed sample

Test the packaging with your own food before anything goes into production.

  • 04

    Production and delivery

Typically 30 to 35 days after you approve your sample and artwork, so leave time before your busiest date. We can store the stock for you in the UK.

What changes at Christmas, and when to order

  • Bigger orders

Families and groups order more at once, so single-meal bags and boxes get stretched. Stronger bags with twisted handles often suit these orders better.

  • More gifting

Cafes and bakeries sell boxed cakes, pastries and treats as presents, so boxes need to look like gifts.

  • More hot drinks and delivery

Seasonal coffees mean more cups and lids, and delivery orders grow, so bags need to carry heavier loads and arrive sealed.

  • Less slack

Printed packaging needs time for design, a sample and production. If a delivery slips in December, you feel it far more than in February.

Christmas group order

We run seasonal group orders where several businesses share one print run with their own logo.

The Christmas group order is not open yet. When it opens, the products, dates and details will appear on this page. If you would rather not wait, or you need a design made only for your business, we can quote you now.

Christmas packaging design FAQs

What is Christmas themed packaging?

It is food packaging with a festive look: a Christmas pattern, colours or message printed on your bags, boxes or cups, or a seasonal sticker added to packaging you already use. Your logo stays on it.

Can you design Christmas packaging for my business?

Yes. We design the artwork with you at no extra cost, using your logo and brand colours, and you approve a printed sample before production.

Do you make Christmas boxes for food businesses?

Yes. We print boxes for burgers, takeaway meals, desserts, pastries and more, in standard and custom sizes. Tell us what you sell and we will recommend the right box.

What is the cheapest way to make my packaging festive?

Usually a printed sticker on packaging you already use. It avoids reprinting your whole range. Tell us what you have and we will suggest the best route.

When should I order Christmas packaging?

As early as you can. Production and delivery typically take 30 to 35 days after you approve your sample and artwork, and design comes before that. Work back from your busiest date.

Can small businesses join a Christmas group order?

Yes. When we run a seasonal group order, several businesses share one print run with their own logo, which makes festive packaging possible in smaller quantities. See the group orders page for what is open.

Can you store my Christmas packaging?

Yes. We can keep your stock in UK storage so you can order the volume you need without filling your premises.

Tell us what you need. We'll help you work out the rest.
