How group orders work
Why a group order is cheaper
We print everyone's festive packaging in one run. That unlocks the price of a big print run, but you only buy the quantity you need.
Deposit and payment
£50 deposit when you join, taken off your total. Half of the rest when you approve your proof, half before it leaves our warehouse. Bank transfer.
If production does not go ahead
You get your deposit back in full. If you withdraw yourself, the deposit is not refundable. Delivery is free in the North East and £50 elsewhere.
Frequently asked questions
Why can a small business get a big-run price?
Printing has a high set-up cost per run. When many businesses share one run, that cost is split between all of them, so each pays less per item and buys only what they need.
Is my design unique?
The artwork is shared and fixed for each group order, and your logo is printed on it. If you want a fully custom design, a normal TradePack quote is the better route.
What if the run does not fill?
Every product has a minimum fill before it goes ahead. If it does not get there, the run is cancelled and your deposit is refunded in full.
