Packaging is the new ad space

Everyday packaging, turned into ad space.

Brands reach customers through the boxes, cups and bags shops hand out every day. The shops get that packaging free or discounted. TradePack plans, prints and delivers it all.

How it works

Four parties. Everyone comes out ahead.

One business needs to be seen. Others hand out packaging every day. TradePack puts them together and handles everything in between.

  1. Advertiser

Pays for a print run with their advert on it

Gets: Reach, on packaging people hold

  2. TradePack

Plans the campaign, helps with design, prints and matches shops

  3. Shops

Hand the packaging out with orders, as they always do

    Gets: Packaging free or discounted

  4. Customers

Take the advert home with their food or coffee

Gets: A useful offer nearby or online

One campaign. Many shops. Every order.

A campaign is one product in one size, printed in a single run. We split that run between shops that use the same packaging, on one street or across the country, so the advert reaches customers in every area the advertiser chose.

How it works for advertisers

Straight answers.

What is TradePack Ads?

A way to pay for packaging with advertising. A business pays for a print run with its advert on it, and shops that use that packaging get it free or at a discount.

Who is it for?

Shops that hand out packaging every day, such as takeaways, cafes, restaurants and bakeries, and any business that wants to reach their customers, from a local salon to an app selling across the UK.

What does TradePack do?

We plan each campaign, help with the design, match advertisers with suitable shops, print the packaging and deliver it. Nothing is printed until both sides have agreed.

Is the packaging always free for shops?

No. It depends on the product, the quantity and the campaign. Some arrangements are free, others are discounted, and shops see the offer before anything is printed.

Which adverts don't you accept?

We never run adverts for gambling and betting, tobacco and vaping, adult content, payday and high-cost loans or political campaigns, whoever is paying.

Which side of the box are you on?
