Group Order Terms

1. What a group order is

A group order is a shared print run. Several businesses order the same festive packaging design, each with their own logo, and TradePack arranges one print run for everyone. Each product is a separate run with its own capacity.

2. Joining and the deposit

To join you choose your products and quantities and pay a £50 deposit by bank transfer. We email you our bank details and a payment reference after you join. Your place is confirmed once the deposit arrives.

The deposit is taken off the total price of your order.

If you withdraw after joining, the deposit is not refundable. If production does not go ahead, we refund your deposit in full.

3. When production goes ahead

Each product goes into production once it reaches 80% of its capacity by the closing date. If a product does not reach this, we cancel that product's run and refund the deposits for it.

We will tell you by email whether the product you joined is going ahead.

4. Logo and proof

The festive design is fixed. Only your logo changes. After joining you send us your logo and we send you a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof.

5. Payment

Payment is by bank transfer only. The balance after your deposit is paid in two halves:

• The first half when you approve your proof, before printing starts.
• The second half after printing, just before the pallets leave our warehouse.

6. Delivery

Delivery is free to NE, SR, DH, TS postcodes (the North East). Delivery to any other postcode costs £50 per order.

The delivery date for each group order is shown on its page and confirmed when the run closes.

7. Prices

Group prices are per item and shown on each product page. Any "normal price" shown next to a group price is a price we really charge for that product at the standard order size.
