Matching Your Packaging to Your Restaurant Brand, From Table to Door
Customers judge a restaurant by more than the plate. How to carry your restaurant's look through napkins, bowls, bags and stickers for dine-in and delivery.

A restaurant has a personality: the lighting, the menu, the way the table is set. When a customer orders delivery, that personality can disappear in plain boxes and a plain bag. Matching your packaging to your restaurant keeps the experience consistent from the table to the door.
Start with what customers already see
Look at your menu, your signage and your social media. What colours, fonts and style do you already use? Your packaging should echo them rather than introduce something new.
The items that carry the most brand
- Bags. A printed takeaway bag or delivery bag is carried through the street and seen by everyone.
- Stickers. A printed sticker seals the order and adds a small piece of brand to every delivery.
- Napkins. Napkins are used at the table and in every takeaway bag, so they tie dine-in and delivery together.
- Bowls and boxes. A printed food bowl or box is what the customer actually opens.
Keep it simple
You do not need to print everything. Most restaurants start with the items customers see most, such as the bag, a sticker and napkins, and add more as volume grows.
Quality is part of the brand
Packaging that leaks or collapses undoes the work you put into the food. Choose strength and fit first, then add the print.
We design with you
We design your packaging with you at no extra cost, and you test a sample before anything is produced.
Plan ahead
Production and delivery typically take 30 to 35 days after you approve your sample and artwork, so start before you need the packaging.
